6 Site Plan or North Arrow
7 Sections (indicating details of the walls, roof, & floors)
8 HVAC or FAU (type of heating and cooling)
9 Number of water heaters and their sizes (e.g. 50 gallon)

2 The New Addition Floor Plan showing location and sizes of windows  
3 Site Address
4 Owners'  Name, Address & Telephone #

6 Window Schedule (not required if window sizes are noted on the floor plans)
