  • Window Schedule (or window sizes are noted on the floor plans)
  • Site Plan or North Arrow
  • Sections (indicating details of the walls, roof, & floors)
  • HVAC or FAU (type of heating and cooling)
  • Number of water heaters and their sizes (e.g. 50 gallon)

Remodeled Residential Homes-What We Need From You

  • Basic Existing Floor Plan showing location and sizes of windows
  • The New Addition Floor Plan showing location and sizes of windows
  • Site Address
  • Owners’  Name, Address & Telephone #
  • Project Designers’  Name, Address & Telephone #
  • Window Schedule (or window sizes are noted on the floor plans)
  • Site Plan with North Arrow
  • Sections, indicating details of the walls, roof, & floors
  • Existing HVAC or FAU size  (BTU output)
  • Number of existing  water heaters and the sizes of each (e.g. 50 gallon)
  • Does the existing home have insulation in the walls, roof, or raised floor? (e.g. R/11)
